Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) - ESRI is the world's leading manufacturer of GIS software and has pioneered the use of GIS in commercial, government, and conservation applications. Each year ESRI holds the ESRI Users Conference, an international gathering of GIS professionals in Redlands, California.

ESRI Conservation Program - In addition to commercial applications of GIS, ESRI sponsors organizations, research, and education that employ GIS in conservation planning. The ESRI Conservation Program has supported the work of our Conservation GIS and International Programs since 1992.

Society for Conservation GIS (SCGIS) - The Society for Conservation GIS was formed to encourage development of GIS skills among conservation oriented organizations, agencies, and individuals around the world. The SCGIS has chapters in XX countries and holds an annual conference in the United States where GIS practitioners gather to share techniques and information on conservation topics.

Association for Geographic Information (AGI) - The AGI is a clearinghouse for geographic information and offers valuable resources for GIS practioners, including the AGI GIS Dictionary and the AGI GIS Web Resource List

University of Montana Geography Department - BSCI's International Program works with the University of Montana to sponsor research and educational opportunities in the United States and abroad.
